We were asked to make these as most recipes for lip balms ask for beads of beeswax to be used.  As most beeswax in bead form is usually from China and might be full of chemicals, we decided it was time to offer our best beeswax to ensure you have a safe product to work with.

Our local, 100% Australian Certified Organic Beeswax so free from synthetic agricultural chemicals including pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. 

This is  real organic beeswax. Beware of suppliers who say their beeswax is "organic". Beeswax is an organic substance (so they are not breaking the law by saying "organic"), but other beeswax is not chemical free. Only our certified organic beeswax is guaranteed to be free from synthetic agricultural chemicals including pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. Chemical free.

This beeswax is also very high quality, cleaned: no dust or "bits" in our beeswax.

Is it "food grade"? There isn't a formal "food grade" rating for beeswax, but because our beeswax is Certified organic, chemical free, it is the best for using with food recipes.
