Not happy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Happy Flame Beeswax Candles. Therefore, if you are not, please email us ASAP.
You can return your candle for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or we will happily replace it at no charge.
How do you claim a refund or replacement?

1.Email us ASAP telling us you are not 100% happy.

2.We will then email you back the address to send the candle back to us and suggestions on how to do this.

3.When we receive the candle we will refund you payment or send a replacement (your choice) within 4 working days. Please note, we can only refund the cost of the product, not the freight.
